Dear Doctors,
I recently underwent a master health check up which had CEA marker. The value in my case is 3.7 ng/mL. Not a smoker. And no other symptoms or medical history. My mother was recently diagnosed with thyroid cancer which is in family history. Are there any follow up tests required to find out any root cause?
Kindly appreciate your inputs.

Tumour markers like CEA should not be used in routine health check ups. Unfortunately it is included in many of these health check up panels. Anyway your CEA levels are not concerning.
Next Steps
Not required to evaluate further. Can do annual health checks.
