Elbow stiffness and myositis
I had an injury and had a hair line fracture in my right elbow. It has been more than 4 months and my elbow is still stiff. I took an x Ray recently and found that there is myositis growing in my elbow. Please help me what should I do?

Take Indocap SR (75mg) once daily to reduce myositis. Avoid hot compression and massage. If the myositis is causing mechanical obstruction to movement, then it may require surgical excision.

If after 4 months there is still stiffness you need to do two things One visit a pediatric Orthopaedic doctor in your area as there are some specific medicines which can reduce the myositis And also consult a physiotherapist to give you a specific set of exercises Remember both need to be done together medicines and exercises Sometimes you may need a surgery if it is not resolving with physiotherapy and medicines
