Elbow pain,
I am suffering from pain in elbow and forearm from two years due to over training in gym and negligence after that... My ortho suggested tendocare tablets..it gives me relief but pain starts after I write or play cricket... Will physiotherapy help..,

Yes physiotherapy will help in improving ur problem. U can use tennis elbow brace or splint while doing activities will help in reducing ur problem while doing activities also can try cold or ice therapy applying on effected area for 8 to 10 mintus .

Hi, looks like you have developed tennis elbow. Tennis elbow is a painful condition that occurs when tendons in your elbow are overworked, usually by repetitive motions of the wrist and arm. Tennis elbow often gets better on its own.  Physical therapy will help relieving symptoms..
