I am suffering from pain in elbow and forearm from two years due to over training in gym and negligence after that... My ortho suggested tendocare tablets..it gives me relief but pain starts after I write or play cricket... Will physiotherapy help..,

Yes physiotherapy will help in improving ur problem. U can use tennis elbow brace or splint while doing activities will help in reducing ur problem while doing activities also can try cold or ice therapy applying on effected area for 8 to 10 mintus .
