For the good part of 18 months, I’ve been having an issue with my elbow when I have my elbow bent and lifting something it feels like it gets stuck and if I try and straighten it, It pops and causes pain then it’s fine again. It’s a common thing it happens multiple times a day.
I’ve been doing kickboxing for 8 years so a lot blocking punches and kicks on the forearms etc
