I'm having hypertension so I went for KFT and I got EGFR 141.97 and Creatinine 0.6 What does it mean Male 23

It means yr kidneys are good 👍.  Don't worry about egfr, it is not accurate because it is calculated mathematically by your age and creatinine values. Your kidneys are absolutely okay. If having kidney issue, consult Nephrologist.
