What is approximate time frame for cefpodoxime to work on throat infection. The dosage is 200 mg twice a day. Two dosages are done but infection doesn't seems to be affected a bit.

I can understand your concern.
It depends on the organism.
So we cannot be sure how long it will take.
You need to take the whole course and then if its still not subsided, consult your doctor again for further evaluation and management.
Drink warm water, avoid oily and spicy foods, and no smoking.
