Due to excess masturbation my penis become loose,thin and small.it is thin as well as loose as compare to an ideal penis.what to do?

Hello
First of all I would like to mention that masturbation doesn't cause any weakness or sexual dysfunction contrary to popular belief. Penis size can't reduce nor can it be increased. Infact penis size doesn't matter. Its the associated guilt and anxiety that causes problems so relax.
