My sister son is suffering is from Edward syndrome can somebody help..She is in Uk right now.Doctor said that she cant live any more.What can we do?

Nothing can be done. Baby with Edward syndrome are not survivable and it's genetic syndrome,you should tell your sister and her husband to go for genetic screening before next pregnancy.
