I do not experience any stiffness in my penis when I wakeup anymore. And I'm suffering from Erectile Dysfunction, is it a permanent problem ? And if curable how much time does it take generally. Can it be permanently cured ? I'm not able to penetrate.

After appropriate tests....ED causes can be ascertained. Definitely many causes are treatable. First get it investigated for hormones, blood supply to penis, metabolic causes etc.
