I have been working as a Homeopathic Psychiatrist for the last 17 years. you can contact me through an online appointment for further assistance.

Hie :) Please ask yourself how are the continuous thoughts helping you. What answer do you get? If it's not possible for you to keep it under check still, then you need to consult a psychologist.
Next Steps
You'll need to learn how you can regulate your thoughts. Visit a psychologist/therapist and psychiatrist (both are different).

As you mention you have ED,  it can be due to physical condition or psychological conditions . For this visit any good doctor, if doctor find no problem in that case counselling can work . In life we have two types of problems, emotional ( depression )and practical problems ( career mistakes) Unfortunately we cannot change past but we can change our emotions ( from depression to sadness which would help you deal with past mistakes without overthinking and self blaming).
Next Steps
go for counselling

It's important to recognize that these challenges may be interconnected, impacting various aspects of your well-being. However, seeking therapy is a hopeful and proactive step towards addressing these concerns. A skilled therapist can help you explore the root causes, develop coping mechanisms, and work towards a more positive future.
