Eczema skin condition

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have suffering from skin condition called eczema in my ring finger of right hand since 4 years and I have been using lobate gm neo cream for these long. But I can't get rid of this completely and it happens mostly in winter . It's very itchy and releases fluid whenever I rub more. It's get healed after applying lobate gm neo cream for few days and again comes . Please suggest a complete cure treatment. Thanks

It's chronic paronychia.. keep the moisturised and avoid contact with soaps and detergents if possible.. minimise contact with water.. use mosituriser 5-6 times a day..
