Eczema or Atopic Dermatitis
My 7 months old baby had dry and rashes on the skin on the legs and i also saw the dryness on his body aswell. Please suggest the treatment

Both are almost same with atopic dermatitis have a wide spectrum. Massage with oil before bathing. Apply moisturising lotion liberally twice daily.. Of doesn't respond for this, visit a pediatrician.
