Eczema on palms
During summer I get water boils on my palms. They get itchy and bleed when itched. Picture is attached to know my condition better. Please suggest immediate remedy for this sort of eczema.

It may be contact dermatitis , avoid using harsh detergents n soaps, consult a allergist or dermatologist and get patch test done
