Eczema on fingers of both the hands.
I have eczema on fingers of both the hands sinch last six to seven years which gets aggravated on washing dishes and clothes. Is it save for me to take vaccination of covid-19. Which precautions should i take before getting vaccinated. Do i need to take any anti allergens before vaccination. If yes which tablet and for how many days.
