Ectopic pregnancy
Consulted 4 different doctors and all of them said I've to get a surgery done. I am not happy with removing my fallopian tube. If there's a surgery that'd only remove the tissue and not my fallopian tube, I'd go for the surgery. Please doctor, please tell me there's a way to do so. Is it okay to use hot water bag for the abdomen pain on the right side ? P.S. It is on the right side 7 weeks pregnant B-hcg level dropped from 3300 to 1800 in two days a week ago.

It depends on size of gestataion sac. In ur case its look like quiet large size. Better to undergo surgical management. (Laparoscopy is better.)

If the hcg level s dropping then you cn try medical management of ectopic pregnancy via methotrexate injection. You cn connect with me directly online for a second opinion. I need to see your reports as well as ultrasound
