What's the difference between ecosprin AV 75/20 and ecosprin AV 75/10? Which has more strength? Please let me know.

Ecosprin AV 75/20 has 20 mg of Atorvastatin( Cholesterol lowering drug) whereas Ecosprin AV 75/10 mg has only 10 mg of Atorvastatin. The strength of Asprin in both the tablets is the same i.e. 75 mg .
