Echogenic foci in right and left ventric
In my 14 week pregnancy echogenic foci is seen in right and left ventricular in fetal heart. Is it any problem???

Fetal echo is the investigation of choice.  Although echogenic focus can be a normal finding still better to investigate further

Get anomaly scan and foetal 2 D echo done

Get an Anomaly scan done to look for any other Soft Markers at 18 to 22weeks.....hope have done Combined Test at 12weeks (NT Scan with Double Marker Test).....
