Echogenic cyst
My wife is 32years old and we are working IT sector, We are married for 2 years now and we recently visited a gynaecologist as we didn't have a baby yet. Doctor suggested for few tests and below is the report.. AMH 0.27 ng/ml , Prolactin 14.9 ng/ml , TSH 2.0 , FSH 8.64 , LH 1.89 DAY 3 TVS - normal. DAY 11 follicular count - right ovary (1: 21 *22 , 2:11*12, 3: 11*11) and left ovary (No large Follicle) SEMEN ANALYSIS - Volume 2 ml Sperm count 130mil Sperm concentration 82 mil/ml Total Motility 62% Normal sperm 6% On day 3 doctor suggested to take letroz and myocyst. On day 11, Doctor gave HCG 10000 injection and asked for recheck up on day 14 with afc scan report. On day 16, follicle was 30mm and was told haemorrhage and cycle was discontinued. In next cycle day 2 scan- it shows 2 cyst - 1 simple and 1 echogenic cyst Please suggest as we are seeking second opinion. Thanks in advance. Is this serious concern ?
