Respected doctor my 2d echo final impressions are as following:- 1) No RWMA at rest. 2) Normal Biventricular function. 3) LVEF 62% 4 Cardiac Chamber Normal 5)Trace TR. 6) No I/C Clot/veg. My worry is that Actually in final impression it is mentioned that cardiac chamber normal. But pages before that final impression it is mentioned that right atrium enlarged. I asked the doctor who was performing echo. He said your echo is normal. Then I asked my physician docto(who is MD in homeopathy in Medical College Gorakhpur), he too said your echo is normal and cardiac chamber is normal and that enlarged right atrium may sometimes be due to cough etc. And you are a runner too. I said yes sir I run 2.5 kms in 15 minutes, three days a week. Sometimes I run 3 kms in 20 minutes. And last year before my mother and father illness, I used to run 4.5 kms in 30 minutes. Then I decided to ask you about this if right atrium enlarge with the impression of Cardiac Chamber Normal is normal for me.

Cardiac chamber normal means all chambers are normal. RA is one among them. Please discuss with your Echo Cardiologist.
