Echo ecg normal still chest heaviness

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hello I have gone through stress echo 2weeks before and it came normal also tropI as a value 5.8. But I still feel Chest heaviness and left arm pain along with cheeks sensation and jaw pain Any advise please why I have this chest heaviness at the centre like a burden and a stone and left arm heaviness with breathlessness

Is your chest heaviness any way related to your exertion? Is trop I within normal range (normal range varies with the lab and units used)?? It can be due to gastritis if not cardiac. As you said ECG, stress echo is normal, you can consult gastroenterologist for gastritis workup.
