  4. ECG report. Glass opacities in my lungs.

Please interpret my ECG report and let me know if anything is wrong. I've been experiencing breathlessness and extreme weakness since I had covid in April and residual pneumonia. Recently had a CT scan that showed fibrotic strands and ground glass opacities in my lungs.
