From past 7 months I am feeling content dizzy and dizzy swaying/rocking feeling and and every day I am experiencing chest pain and left hand pain also I have done couple of egs and 2d echo they are absolutely normal pls tell me is this related to heart

ECG and Echo if normal the symptoms are unlikely cardiac and could be due to underlying Neurological issues or other causes if any. It is advisable to avoid addictions if any, a healthy dietary pattern regular exercise.
