From past 5 months I am experiencing swaying/rocking sensation like dizzy some times pushed me from my back I gone to the one md physician he said done my ecg for two time and it was normal and with in limit so pls said I'd this related to heart

This Needs neurological evaluation, if ECG is on repeated assessment is normal we need an evaluation with 2-D Echo. Your symptoms more likely are due to neurological issues, it is advised to meet a neuro physician and get the necessary neuro evaluation with a CT or MRI.
