ECG problem

ECG is apparently normal, according to the history symptoms could be due to gastritis. If you have any other risk factors like diabetes BP cholesterol family history of cardiac disease, you need further assessment with 2D ECHO and if required TMT.
If repeated symptoms you can take opinion from gastroenterologist and treat gastritis.
