Asked for Male, 30 Years

I was having chest pain which was on left side. Also, sense some confusion and head swing sudden while getting up and down movement in prayer. I don't understand is it something related to heart?? Let me know. Left arm is also involve with dull pain. Below elbow my bone pain when i press it.
