This is electronic machine reporting  is not that correct. U need eight  lead  electronic cardiogram which must be read by MD physician or cardiologist. Tachycardia  means raised pulse rate.

Need detailed history,  why was ECG done, do you have hypertension and or diabetes? Do you have chest pain, breathlessness,  ghabrahat, palpitations,  one or more of these symptoms,? Were you on any meds? Consult online with me with above details.
