ECG ecg.
Does it serve any benefit to repeat ECG regularly? I have been suffering some typical symptoms like burning, pain and chest, dizziness, nausea since almost 3 years . had investigations done long ago, and everything was okay. Doc said even if every test is normal still any person can suffer a cardiac event. These days I am getting ECG done every week. Most time, sinus rhythm, sometimes sinus tachycardia, and non-specific, ST, abnormality. Especially when I go out. I prefer to get an ECG done.. the moment I feel a burning pain when I am outside. I rush to get an ECG. It provides me immense mental peace and satisfaction. I want to know is it okay?

You are suffering from Anxiety. At your age it is very unlikely to get coronary heart disease in healthy person. Avoid reading negative news at social media. Main problem is that young people like you, get panic when they hear negative news. We think that next number might be of us. But remember, the person who suffered some heart attack at your age , was having some risk factors inside which you dont know because social media or news will not tell you this.
