ECG continuously comes back normal

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Constant panic attacks at night. Or in other ways, in the middle of the night I wake up with my heart besting very fast but then it is slowed down by deep breaths. I have been to the ER five times and ECG is always normal. I get tingles in my left arm from time to time, muscle spasms from time to time, pain in fingers or wrist, pain under breast
