The ECG that you have sent has non-specific changes if the symptoms are persistent or the chest pain is ongoing I will advise to repeat one ECG so that we see if there is any progressive changes or not. if there is no pain and your symptoms are totally relieved we might wait for few days and be observant. The attachment that you have sent is only an ECG there is no Echo attached so I cannot tell you whether echo is normal or not.
