Kindly see ECG and suggest if need togo for angioplasty?...there is pain in upper abdomen from last 2 days so we have done annual health check up

Cardiac emergency !! Acute Awstemi , total occlusion of LAD , urgent angioplasty warranted.. also get an echo

Its a major heart attack. Immediately go to hospital for primary angioplasty
