Please let me know if eating say half teaspoon of egg shell powder ( making it after rinsing egg with water nicely and then boiling it for say 5 minutes and then peeling egg and again boiling egg shell alone for another 5 minutes before drying it and grinding it into powder) is safe for consumption and beneficial for health?
