I severely restricted for approx. 4 months & lost approx. 20 lbs. can i just resume my normal diet and not eat a recovery diet of 2000+ calories? what will happen if i do? will my body heal and gain weight?

Hello, Yes if the diet which was followed earlier was insufficient calorie restricted diet, you might gain weight. Get in touch with a nutrition expert, as your diet has to be monitored closely.
