My left ear has been itching a lot and it's dry ..when I use a cotton swab I fo not see any change in swab color...but the ear itches bad

Itching in the ear occurs due to fungal infection/allergies.. sometime in middle ear effusion.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
