Hi, first of all confirm intra uterine pregnancy that is pregnancy inside the uterus with ultra sound. Take first tablet that is tab mifepristone 200 mg at bed time today, then day after tomorrow , take rest 4 tablets of misoprostol, total 800 mg at bed time. For cramps in abdomen, you can take tab meftal spas as and when reqd basis.for nausea, take tab  ondem empty stomach..

expect bleeding more than normal flow lasting for 5-7 days
