Early signs of cancer
What are the early sings and symptoms of throat cancer or any cancer related to ENT??? I have pain on both the sides of neck (under my ears) and at the back of the neck. Also slight burning sensation inside the ears and throat. I smoke heavily.

Your most probable diagnosis is Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease, not any cancer! However, I can confirm only after I examine you personally!
