Early pregnancy. Or let it abort.

My last period was on June 26th​. I missed my period and checked urine test on 28th July which showed positive pregnancy. We consulted a doctor for spotting bleeding and took an transabdominal ultrasound. Dr. Said it may. Be implantation bleeding. After next two days i got bleeding with little tissur and red blood. ( Less than 5 weeks) We got an other ultra sound with Diagnosis of minimal perifocal collection. Dr. Gave susten 200 tab and inj.siffasi . Today i got bleeding and took an ultrasound which showed no subchorionic haemorrage and no foetal pole and yolk sac. Impression was "early single intrauterine gestation of 5 weeks and 2 days gestational age. Dr. Said no improvement between two scans so it's not healthy pregnancy and can abort..  now bleeding is there for me.. should I take medicine to stop bleeding or let it abort.i hereby attach both reports. Note. I have right corpus luteal cyst and posterior intramural fibroid measuring 2.7×2.4 cm in the upper uterine segment.
