Early pregnancy. Attached the images.

Me and my girlfriend got intimate on 23 july 2020...she got periods on 25july night...the after one month she had to get periods by 23rd August (as she has 28 days cycle)... But she didn't get on dat day so we thought of doing a pregnancy test ( prega news)... We did the test on 26th, now as the instructions on the wraper was to wait only for 5 mins...there was only one line on the control test for 4mins 45 secs approx and then just after 5 mins the test showed an another faint line. We decided of meeting a doctor and doctor suggested to do ultrasound... And luckily she got periods on 27th morning and it was dark blood (sort of browninsh in color)...even then we went for the scan and They found nothing on ultrasound... Plz help me... I m scared...
