Hello Doctors,
My self Farid, I am a night Owl. I super active after sunset but during all day time I am sleepy, lazy and tired most of the time. I can be awake whole night and do my work without any hustle but in day time its bit difficult for me both mentality and physically to perform task.
I want to change my habit, I want to wake up early around 6:00 am sleep early like 10: 00 pm, and want to be super active in day time like I am now after every evening.
Also whenever I am trying to make this changes I face serious health issues such severe headache, vomating, acidity, stomach ache, eye pain blurr vision etc.
Can you please help and guide me how to bring this most important change in my life style.
