Am 25yrs age suffering from knee pains one of the orthopaedist suggested collagen supplements after that, tried ayurvedic.result is pain or discomfort in my knee would be zero till i use medicine or if I take walk by stairs the pain is ON

Looks like you, what we call chondromalacia. If your bloods are normal. It is mostly a self limiting disease. Hold on it will get better.
