I have fullness in my ear.so kindly suggest me to remove ear wax properly.kindly give some ear drop for remove ear wax smoothly.

Do not attempt to remove wax at home. Always visit ENT specialist for removal safely.
If you are very sure its wax and have got it checked u can use dewax ear drops 3 drops thrice a day
