How can I remove my ear wax? My nose get blocked when I am sleeping. My smelling sense also reduced.

Wax should be removed by ENT specialist.. otherwise you may injured your ear canal.. nasal allergies and chronic sinusitis should be ruled out as your smelling sense decreased.
