Ear wax n tinnitus
Can small amount of wax on eardrum cause tinnitus ? I add wax build up in my ear and sounds are come from ear and after cleaning it reduced but doctor did not cleaned wax on ear drum after clean the remaining sound will go away?

Any problem causing conductive hearing issue may cause tinnitus including wax or Middle ear effusion or ossicular chain abnormalities. In addition Sensorineural hearing loss cause  tinnitus. Above all if you focus and think about tinnitus sound will also increase tinnitus.
