Ear wax went deep. Lowered hearing in left ear. Buzzing sensation in left ear. Is it serious problem? Already consulted a doctor and medication.

Does not look like a serious issue unless you have pushed it too much inside to damage your eardrum. Don't use the earbuds. You can use the commonly available wax dissolving ear drops available at the medical stores for a week or ten days time so that the wax softens up and comes out. Thank you.
