Hello Sir in my ear was hurting for quite some time that I have trouble hearing in one ear are shown to the ENT specialist I spoke of are weak on ear vein now have no treatment didn't work please

Hello....do you have pulsating sensation is ear ... It called tinnitus....Tinnitus involves the annoying sensation of hearing sound when no external sound is present,it could be subjective or objective, high blood pressure , turbulent blood flow , malformed capillary , exposure to high intensity bsound can cause tinnitus , underlying cause should treated consult good ent specialist
