Ear ringing
I've been experiencing ringing in my ears for nearly three months now I had visited a renowned ent specialist who said that it was because of my sinusitis and ear infection and also because of my nasal passages being blocked. So even now I'm having that ringing constantly in both my ears. IS IT SOMETHING ALARMING? Can it be tinnitus? Before this I've never experienced anything like this. Also, I've NOT experienced any loss in hearing.

It is Tinnitus and as described by your ENT Specialist, it could be due to Eustachian Tube Dysfunction. A CT scan (PNS with Mastoids) in direct coronal view (.5mm cuts) should confirm the diagnosis.
