Sir i have chked my ears the docter tells me that the wax comes due to the ear infection and the hole in ear what i shoulfd do thy suggest me surgery

Perforation in the ear drum with acute ear discharge need medications first..after  discharge subsided wait for few weeks..if no recurrence occurs then go for surgery..
