Ear problem
My mom is having a problem in her left ear. She is having moderate loss of hearing and also having some abnormal sound sometimes. No pain. Doctor recommended to go for a surgery and has given the HRCT of temporal bone test. I am attaching the report here. Please give me valuable suggestions. Should she really undergo surgery at the moment? Or there is any alternative treatment? Please respond. Thanks.

Most probably her hearing loss is secondary to sinusitis
Next Steps
Go for hearing tests also to confirm diagnosis as her eardrums are intact in CT scan
