My both side of ear size reduse and got large local doctor prescription me to usg and a.n.f.c exam now i feel weak just two days can any problem is there......

Your history isn't very clear...as your doctor prescribed you USG and FNAC I guess you have swelling around ear.. could be parotid gland swelling...get the test done. ..then review with your doctor..
