I went to pool for swimming , then some water got into my right ear, i can't hear properly from my right ear. I need your help, please suggest me some medicines or methods to get rid of this problem , I will be very grateful to you . Thanking you in anticipation,

Water that goes into the ear while swimming mostly comes out on its own. You may have some wax in the ear which will have to be removed by an ENT doctor.
