Dewax works by causing the clot to kind of melt. But it may not remove the wax completely.
And the left wax may cause the pain.

Hello..the ear pain you are facing the might be because of the impacted ear wax.. and since you have to use does the drops it would have definitely made wax into liquid form which is coming out from your ears now... You need to meet an ENT specialist and get your ears cleaned thank you
